Service Agreement: 1.1. International Educational Consultancy provides advisory and assistance services for vocational schools, Colleges and Universities applications and related processes. 1.2. The services offered are intended to guide and support students throughout the application process. However, the final decision regarding admissions rests with the respective educational institutions. 1.3. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for the application process. Any false or misleading information provided may result in the termination of our services.

Payment: 2.1. Clients agree to pay the fees specified for the selected services as outlined on our Pricing page. 2.2. Payments can be made via the accepted methods listed on our website. 2.3. Clients understand and acknowledge that any expenses incurred during the application process, such as testing fees or document authentication or evaluation costs, are not included in our service fees.

Refund Policy: 3.1. All fees are non-refundable.

Confidentiality: 4.1. International Education Consultancy respects the privacy and confidentiality of client information. 4.2. All personal information provided by clients will not be disclosed to third party.

Intellectual Property: 5.1. All materials, including but not limited to content, documents, templates, and resources provided by International Education Consultancy, are protected by copyright laws. 5.2. Clients may use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only and may not distribute or reproduce them without explicit permission.

No Guarantees: 6.1. Users understand that using my services does not guarantee any application decision or outcome. International Education Consultancy cannot and does not guarantee admission into any particular school or tier of schools. 6.2. International Education Consultancy cannot and does not guarantee any specific financial aid package, program, scholarship, or award. 6.3. Designated fees are payable whether the user gains acceptance to the school, College and University of choice or not.

Termination: 7.1. International Education Consultancy reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions. 7.2. Clients may terminate services by providing written notice to International Education Consultancy

Disputes: 8.1. Any controversy, dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of our services will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court and shall be determined by the International Center for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules.
